Bungalow Maspalomas Lago - Maspalomas (Gran Canaria)

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing spot to cool off in the warm weather. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The bungalows themselves were quite basic and in need of some updating. The lack of air conditioning was a big drawback, especially during the hot summer months.

Do recommend the hotel. We were allowed to use free bus.

Appt are very basic but clean. Pool area is great and there was no shortage of sun loungers at this time of year

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to all the nightlife in Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles. The sun beds by the pool were always available and we never had any trouble finding a spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking! We loved the facilities, especially the swimming pool.

The only downside was the limited entertainment options at night.

It's a great place to get to easily from the airport Generally it's relaxing but.....when the Spanish families arrive en mass, the place becomes a bit of a noisy nightmare. To be avoided during the Spanish holiday period if you want peace

Nice pool on property. Within walking distance to stores, beach, nightlife. The resort looks like it has not been completely kept up over the years, but overall it was a nice resort and we enjoyed our stay. We would be willing to stay there again. Location was great in my opinion. Not right on beach, but still close enough to walk there. Stores and restaurants are real close by, and so is a little amusement park type place.

The staff allowing people to place towels on seats around the pool hours before the pool opened, just so that the people can ensure they will have a spot to sunbathe. Could use little renovation work.

Nice little bungalow with clean and newish kitchen, good strong shower, and clean pools. Terrace with beautiful flowers. Great location with a picturesque 15-minute walk to the city center. Excellent food, personally catered for us as vegans. Best food ever! Amazing swimming pool, perfect for sun tanning with plenty of deck chairs. Friendly staff.

The bungalow offered what I had expected when I made the reservation. It was spacious and clean.It has a nice terrace, sitting area, small kitchen with big fridge and bedroom. My bungalow was located a little bit in the back but I appreciated it was in a quite area. If you have a car, the free parking is also very handy.

Kitchen gear is very limited. If you are planning to cook, you might miss some basics. If you have no car it is quite a walk to the dunes, beach or to Playa del Ingles

We had a great stay! The location was ideal, with the hotel being close to the lively Yumbo shopping mall where we found a variety of bars. the hotel was right on the beach, perfect for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities, especially the pool, were great. We enjoyed lounging in the sun all day on the comfortable deck chairs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to catering to our vegan dietary needs. The food at the buffet was fresh and fantastic, and we were actually surprised by the reasonably priced wine.

The hotel is located within a short walk of a shopping center and a fairground attraction, making it easy to find activities nearby. the rooms are clean and come with a comfortable bed, perfect for a weekend stay. the hotel offers a decent breakfast to start your day.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable during hotter months. there is no bar or restaurant on the premises, so you will have to venture out for meals.

Friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. Location. Cleanliness.

Nothing really, would go there again if we went back to Maspalomas
